Toby Keith was an American country music singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, and businessman. He was born on July 8, 1961, in Clinton, Oklahoma.
Keith released his debut single “Should’ve Been a Cowboy” in 1993 and went on to have a successful career, releasing 19 studio albums and charting 61 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, including 20 number-one hits.
He was 6’4″ tall and of English descent. Sadly, Keith died on February 5, 2024, at the age of 62, after a battle with stomach cancer. He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame posthumously.
